SA HAE Gear Drives fill The Role of Efficient and Sound Power Transmitting.

For many years there has been a need for gears and Gear Drives to be designed to gain the maximum results from the minimum volume.
A "Hard-Gear System," one of SA HAE techniques in designing and manufacturing has made it possible to satisfy this in every way.
"Strengthening the hardness of tooth surface to increase the transmitting power"can be achieved only by careful heat treahment and precision toothgrinding enables us to produce compact and vet powered Gears and Gear Drives

SA HAE Speed Reducer Type designed for low speed and high torque application is of compact design, sturdy construcition and available in single, double, and triple reduction, splash lubricated with single helical gears.
Gear hardness and backlash are rigidly controlled according to speed, ratio, and gearteeth combinations

The casing is compact and divided into two sections, upper and lower, to facilitate easy access for maintenance and inspection.
The casing is available in cast iron and welded steel plate, both of which features maximum strength and rigidity.
Modern design combineds maximum engineering and performance advantages.
The case surfaces are smooth and flat, easy to clean.
The most important element in a gear drive, are hobbed and shaved or gear grind and gear materials are usually alloy steel and carbon steel.
Depending on size, gearing is surface hardened by heat treatment to proper combination of surface durability and strength for optimum load carring capacity.

The shafts are designed to maintain accurate support and alignment of gearing under the most adverse loading conditions.
The shafts are constructed with alloy steel or carbon steel for machine use and, thanks to appropriate thermal treatment based on carefully detailed planning and design, the shafts withstand peak loads as well as overhung loads.
Roller bearings have been designed to the most servere loading conditions... minimum friction... easy starting... average life expect-ancy far in excess of minimum specified life for most applications and withstand radial and thrust loads.
All bearing supports have been carefully designed and machined to assure proper support for the rotating elements.

Meticulous selection of high quality oil seals for standard use, dual-lip seals effectively retain oil and resist entry of dust and splashed water... material is a highly inert, synthetic compound with superior sealing and wearing qualities... accurately wound coil spring supplies correct, uniform pressure to the sealing member and compensates for any wear of the wiping lip to insure continuous oil tight contac.     With a continuous splash system, oil is carried to the working faces of the gear teeth... assures that all gears and bearing are adequately lubricated, and under special operating conditions a forces lubrication system is used to ensure complete lubirication.
